While Mr. Mosley writes from a genre fiction writer's perspective, his insights as a man of colour writing in a prejudiced industry are highly translatable to many forms of writing. As a woman with disabilities, his perspective is uplifting and succinct - which makes him invaluable!
It's a short read, it'll get you motivated, and if you participate in #NaNoWriMo then this book might just be the perfect one for you.
