A FOLKWOMAN RECIPE
Name: Anti-Stress Garden Mojito

Ingredients:

1/3 cup brown sugar

juice of 3-6 limes depending on size & age

1 whole branch or sprig of mint

1 small mature sprig of rosemary
-
3 small lavender sprigs flowering but pre-bloom
-
2 cups of ice
-
fresh & cold water
Tools & Utensils

2 litre jug
-
scissors
-
cutting Board
-
knife
-
colander, sieve, or cheese cloth
-
juicer
-
cotton twine (if necessary)

pestle
Step 1:
Harvest & Gather
-
Collect the tools & utensils listed.

Collect fresh ingredients.
-
Decide if you will use alcohol
Step 2:
Mix
-
Separate all herbs from stems. Wash fresh herbs & ingredients.

Put sugar, mint, rosemary, lime juice into the jug.

Use pestle to crush the ingredients together.
Step 3:
Brew & Strain
-
Add boiling hot water to brew. Add the lavender. Put pitcher in fridge.

After an hour, strain the tea.

Add ice and garnish as desired.
