Do or do not, there’s no middle ground to wisdom.

It is only you that stops the world from seeing your light. You will be challenged and pushed but you will never be given more than you can handle. Your job is to just show up; your job is to try and find something to learn from it and something to provide to it that is uniquely your own. I really like that old quote, it goes “Be yourself, everybody else is already taken.”
Yes. It’s hard. People want to tell you how to live, where to live, and then why to live and who to live for. The reality is that you decide what to live for, you decide who to live for, you decide what to do with your time, and you decide how to contribute - nobody else. If you were a mental health patient like I have been, you must learn that sentences containing the words should, could, or would also carry shame, huge butt-loads of shame!
So I like to say “Stop should’ing all over yourself,” be like Yoda...
“Do or do not, there is no ‘try.’”
You have the capacity to be wise so be wise.
